One-On-One Personal Training

Starting with a customized, personal fitness assessment we'll create a program specifically designed to meet your goals. Our clients range from those simply wanting to tone muscle to serious athletes training for a triathlon. 

One-on-one sessions may included Resistance (Strength) Training based on our FIRE concepts, Yoga, Stretching, Cardio, Endurance Training, Weight Lifting and more. These are not cookie-cutter workouts! We design a program around each individual's goals and current level of fitness.

No two work outs will be the same, so you'll never get bored or plateau. Sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes.

Strength training benefits your entire body. If you can dedicate 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week, you will not only become stronger and look better,  you will sharpen your mind as well.

Personal training combined with an emphasis on nutrition, plus a healthy dose of Strongest Will's effective motivational strategies, enable clients to create long-term habits that are truly life-changing. 

Weight Loss is not a short-term goal. It is what takes place when someone chooses to focus on living his or her life in a way that emits a healthy and accomplished feeling which eventually burns adipose tissue (body fat). 

Strongest Will is there over the long haul, guiding, teaching and motivating you to adopt healthy eating and regular exercise habits — important components to this desired loss.

Yoga

Join an on-going yoga class to strengthen mind and body. We offer beginner yoga classes and intermediate classes in powerful Vinyasa Yoga.

Yoga has the ability to strengthen the human body as well as promote weight loss. These two facets are definitely important but the true benefit to this practice is the increase of flexibility. 

Improved flexibility may enhance performance in aerobic training and muscular conditioning as well as in sport. The key to increasing flexibility is to overcome stretch reflex (the automatic tightening of a muscle when stretched, which relaxes after approximately 20 seconds). Through this process, relaxation and rejuvenation of mind and body happens increasing the individual’s focus while opening their range of motion.

Create your own group

Organize a training group with friends and family who share similar goals. This experience is personalized like our one-on-one training, but with more camaraderie and less cost per person. Group classes may include Resistance (Strength) Training based on our FIRE concepts, Yoga, Stretching, Cardio, Endurance Training, Weight Lifting and more. These are not cookie-cutter workouts! No two sessions will be the same, so you'll never get bored or plateau. Group sessions are available for 60 minutes.

Join one of Strongest Will's existing group classes at various Nashville community centers. Classes are available for F.I.R.E. (strength and cardio), water aerobics, and yoga. No reservations necessary — just show up ready to work hard!
