In the Spring of 2011 I was searching for an exercise class & gym that would fit my needs. I went to many classes around Nashville and ended up finding Will's class. I instantly knew I had found the instructor I was in search of. I continued attending his class weekly and it began being the highlight of my week. In March of 2012, I decided to step it up and hire Will to be my personal trainer for what I thought would be a couple of months. Well needless to say, 2.5 yrs later, I am still  training with him. Will is firm with me (I need it) yet makes every workout enjoyable.

No workout is ever the same. I never get bored of training with him. He has helped transform my body into something I am proud of. My strength amazes me sometimes. I have had a few injuries throughout the years & Will is always been very knowledgable about how to work with and around the injuries. 

Will is dedicated to his clients. He gives each of us a detailed list of workouts based on our goals and abilities that we are encouraged to do weekly to help in attaining the results we desire. 

Will has made me a more confident woman with his positive reinforcement and great workouts. I have a lot to thank him for. I feel better mentally and physical because of my work with Will.

No workout is ever the same…

No matter what I did I was only able to lose a few pounds here and there and then gain it right back. With Will's help I was not only meeting my goals and his goals for me, but I was slaughtering those goals weekly. His workouts are intense and effective and completely custom designed to fit each individual client's needs.  He is motivating and somehow makes you want to push yourself harder than you ever thought you could. He definitely changed my life and the way I feel about myself.

I was quite satisfied with the results. Will has taken me so far...

I wasn't overweight when I started working with Will, but I didn't have any tone. He pushed me hard, but never beyond my limit. It's very gratifying to see all the hard work starting to pay off!  But more than the toning, training has effected my life in so many other ways. I just feel good about myself mentally and physically. Getting in shape has motivated me to get out and do more things -- like 5Ks, rock climbing, swimming and cycling!  Will's encouragement has truly influenced me — and fitness has become a way of life.

I have to add that Will really makes his classes fun (and challenging!). Our class is always teasing with him, and he takes it all with a smile (and sometimes with a few extra reps!)
