Custom Small Group Classes

Group fitness, or small groups, have received considerable recognition over the last few years. It combines one-on-one training benefits with the feel of a fitness class. As with most fitness programs in America, the purpose to join group fitness is to lose weight.

One reason groups are effective is because they create accountability. When you skip a small group fitness session, your absence will be noticed, so you’re less likely to miss that morning class on those days you’d rather stay in bed.

Another reason people gravitate to this option is because one can receive professional advice and guidance at a fraction of the cost of a one-on-one session. When you work out on your own without a trainer, you might be missing out on ways to improve your program. You also risk doing certain exercises incorrectly (while lifting weights, for example), whereas group fitness leaders can show you the correct techniques to keep you safe and maximize your efforts.

Our Approach

Create your own group with friends and family who share similar goals for an experience close to one-on-one training but with more camaraderie at less cost. Custom classes may include Resistance (Strength) Training based on our F.I.R.E. concepts, Yoga, Stretching, Cardio, Endurance Training, Weight Lifting and more. These are not cookie-cutter workouts! No two sessions will be the same, so you'll never get bored or plateau. Group sessions are available for 60 minutes. 

 

 

Or join one of Strongest Will's existing group classes at various Nashville community centers. Classes are available for F.I.R.E. (strength and cardio), water aerobics, and yoga.
